WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU HIRE GREEN VISTA TREE CARE

When you call Green Vista to inquire about tree work, you'll reach a real person who'll take your information and set up a time to come look at your tree(s).

During the property visit, one of our Tree Care Consultants will talk with you to understand your goals for the tree work, and will then evaluate your tree and check the surrounding area for potential problems, like limited access to the work site, nearby structures or power lines.

You'll get an honest evaluation of your tree and an honest description of what needs to be done to achieve the outcome you're looking for. You'll also get an immediate written estimate (sent by email and  also viewable on your Tree Care Consultant's tablet) with a fair price for the work to be done. You can accept the proposal by signing the tablet or do it later at your convenience.

When you accept the proposal, we'll schedule your tree work for the earliest date we can. We're typically booked for up to 3 weeks out so it may take a while before we can begin the work.

On the day that the tree care work is done, we'll show up when we promised we would.

Depending on the job, we may have some heavy equipment that will need to be placed near the tree(s) we're working on. We'll talk to you in advance about ensuring access to the work site so there are no surprises. We'll put boards or planks under our equipment if we can, to minimize damage to your driveway or lawn.

We'll carefully and safely do the work we agreed to, ensuring that the health of the tree is maintained and that we perform the work effectively in a way that doesn't damage your home or other structures.

If there are any minor lawn damage issues, we'll fix it with top soil and grass seed. Unfortunately, it's sometimes impossible to avoid lawn damage (for example, when dropping a tree or pruning large branches). We'll let you know in advance if that's likely to happen and we encourage you to bring in a landscape contractor to fix those issues.

We'll clear away all debris and leave your property in the same condition we found it (or even better!). We recycle all natural debris by hauling it to a recycling center where it's converted into mulch.

After the job has been completed to your satisfaction, our foreman will provide an invoice detailing the work that was done. Payment is expected before the crew leaves your property.

If you're happy with the work, we'll ask you to leave a review of our work online. And of course, we'd love you to refer us to friends and family!
